Tonight is the night before Thanksgiving....which normally is something to be excited about. I say normally because this year Thanksgiving is kinda special. It is Natalie's birthday and also the first holiday that we are celebrating as husband and wife.
Being her birthday is the part that is making me dread tomorrow. I am dreading it because I haven't gotten her a gift yet. I should probably run to the mall and buy her something before it closes. I think I will do that.
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. In high school Thanksgiving meant a little salad and one piece of pumpkin pie. I couldn't eat a lot b/c of wrestling. Well I make up for it now. I know I couldn't eat much then, but when you don't eat a lot it makes those few bites even better. I am sure I will eat more than a few bites tomorrow.
I am hoping that Natalie and I can use this to communicate to our friends and family. There are a lot of blog sites out there, but I saw someone on Cranky Geeks talk about this site, and he mentioned that it was secure. I really am not a big fan of Facebook or MySpace accounts, so I am hoping this will be more enjoyable. I am sure that we will add a lot of pictures and videos as we get further into our marriage, and a bunch when we have our "peanut". Peanut is our child to be (hopefully not a cat baby), and I was just informed that Peanut's heart beat was 150 bpm on Monday. Sounds like he has a good ticker.
Tomorrow also has an exciting event. Amazon.com is selling core X-Box 360s for 100 dollars. I am excited, and hopefully will get one. If I don't get one I won't be disappointed. To tell the truth, I don't really have time for video games right now. I am working a ton and Natalie is fun to hang out with. I would probably play the Wii if I had one, because the games look like something Natalie would want to play. She hates games with killing, and 98% of my current games involve killing.
Well, off to the mall, to buy Natalie a present.
